Hard to maintain ratio above 1:1

Using Vuze.....configured Vuze as per instruction.....GT shows increased UL values being sent.
Statistics on vuze does not reflect increased UL values,and ratio hard to maintain above 1:1
Have tried both DL to UL and UL to UL options,but again,Vuze does not reflect increase UL values
Using 2.22 as multiplier.
Am I missing something?
