Please Help

I am using Greedy Torrent for a while now and never had problems with it but after my recent Windows reinstalation I just could now get it working again .

I am using BitTorrent 6.4
I set my Proxy Server to HTTP , my Proxy to 127.0.0.1 and my Port to 3456 just as my Greedy Torrent and it's still not working .

I also tried changing the port number to a difrent number like 8080, or 10119, or 8088 and it's still not working .
Don't tell that i dind't had the same port in BitTorrent as in Greedy Torrent because i had and i checked it every time and it still didn't work .

I also tried with utorrent , and bitcomet and had the same problem.

Also now i can't even download without Greedy Torrent.

Please Help with with any suggestions or solutions .

I forgot to mention that the problem that Greedy Torrent is telling me is this : Uneable to connect to host and (ip number i gues)
