Daaaaar! Stupid me. Found a fix already!

I did an alternate search w/ the strings "Proxy connection error" and Easy fix
Go to uTorrent's Options - Preferences - Connection
Proxy: 127. ...
  Topic: uTorrent 1.8.2 + IPv6 = no go
