Perhaps you had your ratio set too high? I would imagine 1:1 ratio would be slightly high, since most people can upload around 20% of th ... |

So, I started using GT, but it appeared to have no effect with my up/down ratio on the site.
So, I increased the value to 5 gig per megabyte of upload, yet the up/down ratio on the site only went up ... |
