Ok I "fixed" the problem by downgrading to 1.7.6... but as I see this is a common issue here (a lot of ppl have this problem when they download a newer version of UT).
I am having the exact same problem. Everything had been working just fine untill I upgrated to UT 1.8. I haven't changed configuration or anything like that... well its not working anymore.. some prox ...
