If anyone is getting an error message in utorrent -- Tracker Status : Proxy connect error :offline (timed out )... This is a bug in utorrent .
Utorrent team has posted some suggestion on how-to avoid this error on their forum ( read it !! ) but havent given any explanation on why the error occurs.
ace696 has given a little explanation on why this error occurs .  |

Got message on Azureus--HTTP proxy localhost ;6xxx check failed.Connect timeout.
