I am using western digital my book world edition 2 and want to use greedy with my TransmissionBT client.How can I do that or are you planing to release for linux/ubuntu version run as daemon.

You need another app to run as daemon. Check out Torrent Ratio Keeper for Linux. You can run it from command line.
