i use utorrent 1.7.5 . i have configured greedy torrent properly. but it does not modify uploads. y does this happen and what should i do ??

Do you see any change in the "modified upload" field of the Greedytorrent ?
If you have set 5.00 for upload , then the modified upload will be shown as your original upload value multiplied by the value you have set ( in this case 5) .
you can see this in Greedytorrent only when the client inform's /update's the tracker. |

yeah. i see modified upload in greedy torrent window. but not in utorrent. also my download speed doesnot increase. ( I think that our download speed will increase if we upload much)

Ok. so if you see a modified upload ratio number ... then the work is done ( GT only tells the tracker that you have uploaded this much amount of data )
you wont see any change in client (utorrent) , it shows the real upload values. |

thanx dude. gud to know dat.. i have a doubt not related to greedy torrent. the torrent file that i am downloading right now has around 400 peers and also many seeds. but i get connected to only a few and the download speed doesnt cross 40Kbps...wat shud i do ?
( I get 220Kbps in limewire)

I see a modified upload ratio number in log of GT, but my ratio doens´t change in some trackers.
Do you know why ??  |
