Problem with Utorrent 1.8.2 n Greedytorrent

i have installed both the softwares n in utorrent i changed the settings as mentioned i.e;





Proxy=127.0.0.1
Proxy Server= HTTP
Port=3456


but it is showing a message in utorrent as "Proxy Connection Error:No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it "

i have searched the forums but nothing worked for me please help me

try typing in Proxy=localhost
Proxy Server=http
Port=3456
