For some reason on Vista Ultimate x64 gtor is not working for me. I can open it and it will not crash but using utorrent 1.8.2 it doesn't work. It reports

It works on my XP computer but not Vista. I have made sure I put in HTTP proxy, localhost and my port number correctly. I have also unblocked these programs from the firewall. I have even tried to run gtor as admin.
Any other suggestions |

Found a way around this.
In your torrent client, replace localhost with the actual ip which is 127.0.0.1 |
