Proxy connect error; no connection could be made because

Yesterday ı was using 3456 port and greey was working nicely. I made around 7 gb fake upload at a local torrent site and at another site.

But today it gives this error. At trackers list, it shows 0 seeder and peer. When i make no http, and update tracker ; it starts to workd and shows a lot of seeders. When at http, it says proxy connect error etc.....

The tracker banned me? If so how can i download without http proxy?
And how was i downloading yesterday?Despite my ratio yesterday was very very low (0.01) and today it is 0.77.
I changed port today, still it isidle and says proxy error.

(-REsolve hostname through proxy (tick nott)
-Use proxy server to peer peer coneections(tick )
I made those

Utorrent shows a lot of inactive downloads despite they werre notyesterday.....

Please help why.....

Uncheck the "Use proxy for peer to peer communication". Also, RTFM properly.

I configured it properly. İf youwant i cans end screeen shot.

As at documenst aresaid, i made http localhost and a port 3458 that is same with in greeedy yorrent.

This 3458 must be connectable?If so i must forvard that port?

Tracker refuses proxy conect error. What can i do? At first i t was working but now refses.Why......
