my ration on a torrent website is 0.85
i need to increase please helpp

i need to improve my ratio to at leasr 1.1 or i will be ban

Make the ratio 3 or 4 times upload instead of download in gt.

Btw, I hope you have configured GT properly, because in your screenshot, its idle. See the documentation and walkthrus and make sure u have done it properly.
