Does a client like Azureus report the incremental amount transferred since the last report, or the cumulative amount since the torrent, or client, was started?
If it is the latter, it must be very dangerous to change the GreedyTorrent multiplier while the client is running because rather than just adjust the reported transfer from that point on it would adjust the entire amount in one hit. If you set the multiplier lower your client would actually start to report that you transferred less than the amount you supposedly transferred already!
