Ever since I installed IPv6/Teredo (for newsgroup purposes) I am seeing "Proxy Connection Error: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it." I've since removed Teredo, rebooted, but am still seeing the Proxy Connection Error. This is only happening in conjunction with GreedyTorrent.
I've searched here and the uTorrent forums to not much help. Any ideas? Would be much appreciated!  |

Daaaaar! Stupid me. Found a fix already!
I did an alternate search w/ the strings "Proxy connection error" and I found this solution, thanks to users "boboo" and "skorpio1":

Go to uTorrent's Options - Preferences - Connection
Proxy: 127.0.0.1
-not localhost

Hopefully this helps others in the future who've recently installed IPv6/Teredo! |
