You can change file as* back to µTorrent by selecting a torrent, hitting command i, selecting uTorrent from the "Open With" dropdown field and hitting "Change All…".

have u tried forwarding ur port.i thnk problem is not wth tracker.forward ur port.and also perhaps ur isp may have some problem

getting 4GB for a 32bit OS is completely pointless. You wont even be able to utilize the full amount of ram. If your going with 4GB ram then 64bit OS is the only way to go.
