it doesn't work on windows 7, even tried to change localhost to 127.0.0.1 no dice.
127.0.0.1 worked on vista but not 7
bullshit. i'm using it right now on windows 7 RTM. |

Here it is:
Options, preferences, connection. Change proxy from "localhost" to 127.0.0.1
It works on Windows 7, i just tried it on Torrentbytes  .
Let's cheat, fu** the ratio system ... |
