I have recently discovered this miraculous software (Greedy Torrent)
and i have been using it with Azureus but i was wondering if it could work with my normal BitTorrent software.

Haha.. miraculous !! LOL!! 
No, GT doesn't seem to work with original bittorrent, coz it doesnt support proxying of tracker conversation. |
