The author has plans to port this to the Macintosh OS. It is developed using wxWidgets which is a cross platform library. Well, I guess, the answer would be to wait and see.  |

Only sad thing will be when the cheaters come back here demanding to know how it is that we caught them, range banned them, and stomped their cheating as* into oblivion.

Please port this to Mac OSX! I love my MacBook Pro with OSX on it and dont want to have to use Boot Camp - Windows Vista everytime I want to use GreedyTorrent. PLEASE!!!

| Shouldn't you be using Parallel instead of BootCamp? I have no Mac expierence but I've been told that Parellel is better, most likely because you don't have to reboot if you want to run Windows. |

wxWidgets is very portable by design, so porting the application to other platforms will be straightforward.
Please release the source code. Then the port will not take any of your time.
With source code public, the features that people want will be implemented much more quickly (eg if we'd like to add a field for 'maximum modified upload', it'll take all of 10 minutes, instead of weeks waiting for you to do it and release it).
I'm sure that the end result will be a better program (which is what you want, right?) |
