i have greedy torrent and i want to cheat ratio ..

I CHEATED RATIO TO 35 GB TO A SITE AND I GOT BANNED ...

can anybody tell me how to do it properly ..

i mean how much to upload so that tracker cant get me..

I mean is there any limit or something ???
how much to upload in how much time?????
how much to upload wrt download ????
