1. Make sure GreedyTorrent is not running. If your BitTorrent client is running and is configured to use GreedyTorrent (i.e. the local HTTP proxy setting is enabled), either close the client completely or temporarily configure the client not to use a proxy. (If you use aggressive GreedyTorrent settings, it may be preferable to close the client.)
2. Download the new version. <-- That is an active link to the download page.
3. Install the new version over the existing one.
4. Rerun/reconfigure your BitTorrent client if necessary/desired. |

The BJB July 23 is the up to date sat file and will work good.
Make sure that you follow beejays instructions when updating.
